Have a great time! This is a charity event established in honor of Joe Gerstle to support a great organization. Many of the athletes and volunteers have been touched by Joe. You will see his uncles parking cars, aunts checking you in at registration, Grandpa, Mom, and cousins participating, sisters running wild, Dad putting out cones, and many friends/therapists/teachers/nurses/doctors out to race. Joe will be out on the course on race day, so give him a high five as he goes by.



Course Description
Sprint Triathlon - 500m pool swim, 20k bike, 5k run (long course 50m pool)
Sprint Aquabike - 500m swim, 20k bike
Super Sprint - 200m pool swim, 10k bike, 1mi run
