Join us for the 7th Annual Bare Hill Triathlon and Duathlon through our charming town of Harvard, MA. The sprint triathlon begins with a .3 mi swim in Bare Hill Pond, followed by a rolling 10.4 mi bike course and finishes with a shaded 3.1 mi run on partially paved and dirt roads. The duathlon starts with a 1.5 mi trail run then follows the same triathlon bike and run courses. Throughout the race you will be surrounded by spectacular views of the MA & NH mountains, horse farms and local apple orchards. Upon race completion stop by the famous Harvard General Store for refreshments with your family and new friends to relive your experience.

Triathlon Distances: .3 mi swim--10.4 mi bike--3.1 mi run
Duathlon Distances: 1.5 mi trail run--10.4 mi bike--3.1 mi run
Relay Teams for Triathlon Only: 2 or 3 person relay teams.

Additional Charges:
​T-Shirts: Shirts are not included in the entry fee, but are available for an additonal $15 when registering up until Friday, May 31. No shirts available for purchase to those that register after that date.
USAT Daily License: Non-USAT members will be required to purchase a one-day event insurance license from USA Triathlon. Cost is $15, added when registering.

Course Description
Join us for a scenic sprint triathlon through our beautiful town of Harvard, MA. The triathlon begins with a 1/2 mi swim in serene Bare Hill Pond, followed by a 10.5 mile bike ride and 3.2 mi road race through rolling terrain alongside apple orchards and horse farms in the Nashua River Valley. Enjoy our vendors, food, and music throughout the event. Share the pain and glory and sign up as a relay team!

Awards
Awards to top male and female finishers overall and top finishers in each age group. Also Clydesdales and Athena categories, and Relay Groups.

Packet Pickup / Expo
At 1 Pond Rd, Saturday June 15, 4 pm to 6 pm and Sunday June 16 6:15 am to 7:45 am

Directions
From the East or the West:
Follow Rt 2 to Exit 38A, Highways 110/111 South toward Harvard. Stay on 110/111 two miles into Harvard town center. Parking is available at the Bromfield School, both front and rear lots, and the Hildreth Elementary School both front and back lots

Alternatively, follow the Mass Pike/Interstate 90 to Interstate 495 North. Take Exit 28, Highway 111 north into Harvard, about 2 mi. Park as above.
