The Mullet Man Triathlon has proven to be a definite
addition to the Annual Interstate Mullet Toss and Gulf Coast’s Greatest Beach Party. The Mullet Man Triathlon, a high quality event, promises a great course, super volunteers, awards three deep and overall, as well as a post-race party with fabulous food and fun.

Course Description
The SWIM will be a 1/4 mile in the Gulf of Mexico. The BIKE segment of 17 miles will be on paved four-lane highway (Alabama Hwy 182) heading west 8.5 miles and return to the Flora-Bama® Lounge & Package. Bike helmets are required. The 4-mile RUN will begin at the Flora-Bama® Lounge, heading west under the Perdido Pass Bridge and back.

30-34 50-54 70 & Over

The Athena division is for WOMEN weighing 145 lbs. or more. Must “weigh-in” at registration packet pick-up. Two Divisions: 39 and under and 40 plus.

The Clydesdale division is for MEN weighing 200 lbs. or more. Must “weigh-in” at registration packet pick-up. Two Divisions: 39 and under and 40 plus.

The Super Clydesdale division is for MEN weighing 225 lbs. or more. Must “weigh-in” at packet pick-up. Two Divisions: 39 and under and 40 plus (Senior Senile Clydesdale).

The Fat Tire division is for MEN and WOMEN riding a Fat Tire or Mountain Bike. Two Divisions: 39 and under and 40 plus.

The First Timers division is for MEN and WOMEN First Time Triathletes, who have never done a triathlon before. First Timers are also in age groups.

Packet Pickup / Expo
Packet Pick up will be in the Flora-Bama tent.
4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19
Flora-Bama Lounge & Package
Day of Event 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.
NO PACKAGE PICK-UP after day of event.

Post Race Activities
A post race celebration will take place shortly after the race. Great food and drink will be provided.

From the west, head East on I-10 towards Pensacola, take exit 44, which is Highway 59 South. Take 59 South to Highway 182, Perdido Beach Blvd. and turn left. When you reach Florida, you’re here!

From the east, take I-10 west to exit #7; turn left onto Pine Forest Road. At Blue Angel Parkway, turn right. Continue on Blue Angel Parkway to Sorrento Road, Highway 292 and turn right. Go 12 miles to the state line and you will see the Flora-Bama

Parking is free on the north side of the Flora-Bama.
