Course Description
Challenging bike course - two loops clockwise for the Olympic, and one loop for the short course.
The swim course is triangular with buoys on the right at all times.
Run is out and back, fairly flat.
Awards
Olympic - Overall male/female - $200; masters M & F - $150
Short - Overall male/female Saucony shoes; masters - Saucony gear

Friday, July 30, noon until 6 p.m. at Ridge Runner Sports, 3057 S. Fremont, Springfield, MO 65804
Saturday, 5 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. on site at the Lake
Timing / Results
Ipico chip timing, velcro ankle straps by Ozark Racing Systems, Springfield, MO
Post Race Activities
Kids events, pancake breakfast, music, drawings, awards
Weather
Generally in the upper 60's or 70's at race time. Rain is possible with delay for lightning.
Directions
Glenstone (Bus. 60 or H Highway) north from I-44 three miles; east on AA two miles to F.R. 183, north to Lake.
Hwy. 65 north from I-44 three miles to AA Hwy. West to F.R. 183. North 1 mile to Lake.
Parking
Arrive early. Gates open at 5 a.m. Parking in field on F.R. 183. (Overflow parking will be at Pleasant Home Baptist Church on the corner of F.R. 183 & AA Hwy. Anyone arriving after 7 a.m. must park at the church.)
