Event Start Location
Seven Oaks Recreation
1086 222nd Drive
Boone, IA 50036

Course Description
This obstacle course consists of a series of 28 physically challenging obstacles (some natural and some man-made) that can be navigated as an individual or team. The 5 plus mile course will challenge you with running, climbing, jumping, crawling and balancing elements with the aim of testing overall strength and endurance.

Packet Pickup / Expo
Packet Pickup will be available at the race site on race day ONLY. Once on site, please proceed to the Registration Tents at least one hour prior to your start time to pickup your registration packet. A photo ID is required to pick up your race packet.

Be sure to allow enough time to check in (i.e. Parking, Packet Pickup, Bag Drop, Hike to Start, etc) before your start time. We recommend participants arrive AT LEAST ONE HOUR before their start time.

Timing / Results
GAC uses electronic RFID timing chips to ensure accurate timing as you master one of the Gladiator Assault Challenge courses. The timing chip will be attached to your shoe. The timing chips and actual timing is provided by True Time Racing Services LLC. Your times will be collected at the start and finish areas and maybe a few spots in between. Timing chips are handed out on race day and MUST be returned at the finish line. We will have volunteers at the finish line to help you remove the timing chip from your shoe. A $30 fee is charged for lost timing chips.

Results will be available immediately after you finish and displayed on TV monitors near the finish area. Results will also be available live on the internet. We will send out the link prior to race day so you can share it with your family and friends.

Post Race Activities
Mud, sweat and beer! Don't even think about leaving after your run. After conquering the GAC, stay and join us for the "Gladiator Party Central" featuring great beer, music, grilled food, loose chatter, and mud covered bodies!

The race is held rain or shine - the more rain the more mud and the more fun it is! We will do everything possible to ensure all racers can get through the course safely - including delaying heat times, pausing the race, or postponing the race in the extremely rare case of extreme/unsafe weather. All weather decisions are made by GAC on-site staff. NO REFUNDS for inclement weather or if severe weather does not allow the event to be held.

Free parking. Buses welcome!
