The Epitome of the True Ragnar Experience + No Volunteer Requirement When You Sign up Early!
Reebok Ragnar Great River, going into its 13th year, celebrates more than just America’s longest river. This race is the epitome of what Ragnar is all about: a community of runners, local flavor, wide-open roads where your support van never leaves your side, Wisconsin country-side, Minnesota city-life, and one of the most epic non-stop “road trips” you’ll ever experience!
This overnight, running relay, adventure is happening on Aug. 17-18, when the daylight hangs on juuusst as long as it possibly can making those sunsets super golden and spectacular.
Your team of 12 (or 6) members kick off the relay on the great Missip’ at Levee park, as one runner hits the road at a time. You’ll run river-side, past Crochrane’s Flag Memorial (Leg 3), and through what can only be described as “pure Americana” with majestic farmland, picturesque barns, colors of green you never knew existed, and the happiest cows on earth, day and night, and day again.
But, don’t stop for too long to take pics, though, the finish line in Winona, MN is close by. After each runner completes their designated 3 legs, you’ll run under the bright orange arch together, as a team, where a serious Ragnar medal is waiting to adorn your neckline. It’s here where you can (finally) put your feet up, celebrate and take it all in before you start to ask your whole team, “When do we get to do that again!?” Mark your running calendar for Aug. 17-18 and join us for relay so great, it’s a part of the namesake.

Go head-to-head against other CrossFit affiliates in the local area for a chance to win the coveted 80LB Ragnar kettle bell. After you register, choose to be a part of the “CrossFit Division.” To be eligible, 50% of your team needs to be an active member of the CrossFit affiliate you will represent. |
