Run for the Brand comes to Flint Hills Beef Fest for the second annual 5K and stick horse race for kids!
Events:
Check-in for the 5K will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 23. The race will begin at 8:00 a.m.
Following the 5K will be a free stick horse race for kids (12 and under) with prizes!
Entry Fee:
$15/youth (19 and under)
$25/person - advanced registration
$30/person - day of race
$50/family of four - includes four registrations, four race packets and two t-shirts!
Obstacles:
Our unique 5K features fun unconventional ranch obstacles along the course.
Awards:
Ranch themed awards will be given to the top 3 men and top 3 women in each age group.

20-29
30-39
40-49
50+
Cause:
All proceeds benefit Ranchland Trust of Kansas, a non-profit organization affiliated with the Kansas Livestock Association. RTK’s mission is to preserve Kansas’ ranching heritage and open spaces for future generations through the conservation of working landscapes. These funds will go towards protecting beautiful working landscapes of Kansas through voluntary conservation easements.
