"Spread The Word" Tools
The most cost effective way to spread the word about your event is through word of mouth and we encourage this with every registration. When an athlete registers for your event they will receive an on-line confirmation followed by an e-mail confirmation for their records. Most events also like to send a pre-race e-mail out with any additional race day information. On all of these correspondences we automatically include "Spread The Word" tools and links that encourage athletes to get their friends to enter your event. If 1 out of 10 get a friend to enter using our "Spread The Word" tools then you've just increased your revenue by 10%.

Race360 now offers powerful inventory management tools that allow you to manage your race tee shirts and anything else that you give or sell to your athletes. For example, if you provide a free tee shirt to the first 500 entrants then after the 500 cap has been reached the tee shirt option will be automatically removed from your registration form. You can also completely manage the inventory of your sizes, styles and colors if applicable. For example, if you pre-order your shirts and you have (200) Small, (300) Medium, (400) Large and (200) X-Large then you can load in these inventory levels and as each size sells out it will be automatically removed as an option from the registration form. If you don't want to set inventory caps you can still use the inventory tools to track how many of each size, style, color have been requested so that you can better plan your clothing orders.

At Race360.com we understand that it's your event and you should be able to manage it from year to year as you see fit. Get Your Money Faster
Race360 understand the cash flow challenges of putting on an event and we try to make your life a bit easier by getting you your money faster than any other registration service. At Race360 we want to make your job of managing and promoting your event as easy as possible, that's why our on-line registration service includes complete setup and management by our staff. If you need to make a change to your event just let us know and we'll do it for you.

If you want to do it yourself we offer all the online tools to set-up and make changes quickly and easily. The heart of event management system is the Dashboard that provides a summary of your event and all the tools necessary to add or modify your event.

Races / Categories

The Category tool allows your to create an unlimited number of races, divisions and/or categories for your event. Each category can have a set registration limit as well as four price levels with early cut-off dates to encourage early registration and increase revenue for late registrations.


The Question tool allows you to add an unlimited number of questions to your registration form. Questions can be:
  • Multiple Choice
  • Check Box
  • Yes / No Question
  • Short Answer (fill in the blank)

Common questions include known allergies, emergency contact information, free tee-shirt size, etc.


Items for Sale

The Items tool allows you to add an unlimited number of items for sale as part of the registration. Sell tee shirts, hats, pasta dinners, pre-race clinics, etc. Athletes can be given the option of purchasing multiple quantities of each item and optionally specify size, color, etc. In addition, a photo for each item can easily be uploaded and displayed in the registration form. This is a great way to increase your event revenue.

Cut Off Dates

In order to encourage and reward early registration you can specify:
  • Start Date for On-line Registration
  • Early Registration Cut-Off
  • Regular Registration Cut-Off
  • Late Registration Cut-Off

Each registration cut-off date can have different price points for each race/category.


Processing Fees

The processing fee can be paid one of four ways:
  • Event pays 100%
  • Athlete pays 100%
  • 50/50 Split
  • Athlete pays fixed flat fee

For the last option (fixed flat fee), you specify a fixed amount (typically $2.00 or $3.00) that the athlete pays for processing and then the event pays the balance.



To easily direct athletes from your web site or any other location we provide all the necessary links as well as a selection of graphics to choose from. Each graphic image also includes the necessary linking information so you can just cut and paste the required information into your web site.

Registration Form

We make it as easy as possible for your athletes to register for your event. All of the required information is on a single screen in a clean and easy to use layout.

Getting the person registered is our number one goal so we don't clutter your registration form with any advertising and we don't offer your athletes a bunch of "extras" such as magazine subscription trials, etc. We view these as distractions that don't benefit your event - so we don't do it!

In section one the athlete fills out there basic information - name, address, age, etc.

Next the athletes selects the race/division that they are entering.
The bottom of the form has any addition items that you are offering for sale, followed by questions that you have created and the event waiver, rules, etc.

After the form is completed they are asked for payment information and that's it - the registration is confirmed. They receive an on-line confirmation as well as via e-mail. A copy of each confirmation is also e-mailed to you if you have selected this option.
