The mission of the group is to make running fun and contagious. There are two organized (short) runs per week on the campus of Slippery Rock University. Ability level ranges from "ultrarunner" to "can't run 3 miles yet." Members are mostly students and faculty. There is an experienced coach who will advise by request.
