Stand Up Paddleboarding is a great way to explore nature, get an amazing workout, and meet new people in your community!

SUPing is suitable for everyone. Stand Up Paddling (in flatwater) is one of the rare sports that does not require a lot of strength or skill. This means that people of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy it together.

Stand Up Paddling is a great low-impact way to stay in shape and it suits and benefits people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. If you are a beginner, this group is the perfect place to get the support you need in order to develop good techniques and get the most out of your SUP experience. Those who come to know and love stand-up-paddling do so because its one of the more enjoyable ways to get an all over cardio, core, strength and balance workout (burn 300 plus calories per hour).
