Join us in learning how to run more "naturally", whether you want to run barefoot, in minimalist footwear or just learn how to "run like you are barefoot".
Runs will always be tailored to all fitness levels, we will always go through a proper warm-up, injury prevention exercises and good stretches afterwards.
We run everywhere and do everything! From soft fluffy grass, concrete paths, to rocky trails and running in the snow!
We typically split into 2 groups: 1-2 mile group, 3-4 mile group.
*NOTE: Runs will be scheduled in Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Washington Park and surrounding areas in Denver metro.
